Use Bed Buddy chilled for : fevers, boo boos, swelling, headache, migraines, and toothache. Our packs are not wet and messy like the traditional ice pack so kids love them.


* To Heat: microwave 1-3 minutes depending on wattage.Will retain heat for appox.1 hour.

* To chill: Place in ziploc style bag and place in freezer for approx. 1/2 hour. Will stay cold for approx. 1 hour.


* Cotton flannel approx 8" x 10" "pillow" pack filled with top quality whole corn.
