This is our "Naked" neck wrap, perfect to replace an old wrap insert or pair it up with one of our washable neck wrap covers.

Spa Pillow features:

* To Heat: microwave heating pad neck wrap 1-3 minutes depending on wattage.Will retain heat for well over an hour.

* To chill: Place in ziploc style bag and place in freezer for approx. 1 hour. Will stay cold for approx. 1/2 hour.

* 100% Cotton muslin "pillow" pack filled with top quality whole corn. Pillow is sewn in sections for even heat distribution.

* Spa Pillow approx. 5" X 21"


* Bella Posh Spa Pillows heating pad will arrive tied with raffia, our hang tag with instuctions for use and sealed in a clear plastic bag to keep your pillow sanitary. Perfect for gift giving.
